I’m Lisa, I create quiet, grounded spaces for women to slow down, soften, and return to themselves. My work is rooted in presence rather than performance, in listening rather than fixing, and in gentle rhythm rather than urgency.

Through women’s circles, retreats, sound, meditation, and 1:1 work, I hold containers where the nervous system can settle and something exquisite can be remembered.

A note on rhythm

I work slowly and intentionally, with space between offerings. If responses are not immediate, this is part of the practice — a way of honouring nervous-system care and sustainable presence.

  • No, you are welcome exactly as you are. My work is grounded and accessible. Everything is offered gently, with no expectation to know, believe, or do anything in a particular way.

  • No. While this work can feel supportive and clarifying, it is not therapy, counselling, or clinical support. I do not diagnose, treat, or work in crisis contexts.

    What I offer is a sacred, time-bound space for presence and reconnection, held with care and clear boundaries.

  • Each circle is slightly different, but gatherings are held with:

    • a clear opening and closing

    • periods of silence or stillness

    • meditation or breath

    • sound or chanting

    • optional sharing

    There is no pressure to speak, perform, or participate in any particular way. Listening is always enough.

  • No. Sharing is always optional.

    You are welcome to sit quietly, listen, or participate only in the ways that feel right for you. This work honours choice and consent.

  • My work is primarily for women. Occasionally, music-based or devotional offerings may be open more widely, but my core work is centred on women’s spaces.

  • I am based between London and Sussex.

    • Monthly women’s circles are usually held in London

    • Retreats are held in nature-based locations

    • 1:1 work can take place online or in person
